Who we are

This site is run by Yeelite Inc. (“Yeelite Beauty”, “we”), a company based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these conditions and to our Privacy Notice.

Your account and its security

An account is optional: you can check out as a guest. If you create one, give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at beauty@yeelite.com if you think someone else has used it.

When you choose a password, we check it against known data breaches; the Privacy Notice explains how. If we warn you that a password has appeared in a data breach and you choose to use it anyway, your account is at greater risk. We do not currently offer two-factor authentication, and we cannot guarantee the security of an account protected by a breached password.

Orders and prices

We ship across Canada and the United States. Prices are shown in Canadian or US dollars depending on where you are shipping. Tax and shipping are shown at checkout; the FAQ has more on shipping, tax and duties. Stripe processes payments.

An order confirmation means we received your order, not that we accepted it. We accept an order only when we send your shipping confirmation, and we may decline or cancel any order before then. We’ll refund any payment for an order we cancel.

If an item is out of stock, shown at the wrong price, or there is another error, we may decline or cancel the affected order, even after payment. Please contact beauty@yeelite.com and we will do our best to make it right. We keep complete discretion over how these situations are resolved.

Returns and warranty

You can return items within 30 days of purchase under our return policy. Our tools come with a two-year limited warranty. These conditions don’t reduce either one.

Using our products safely

Our tools get very hot. Read the user manual and safety guide before use and follow them, including the voltage and voltage converter warnings.

What you submit

Reviews and messages you send must be your own, honest and lawful. We check reviews before publishing them, and may decline or remove one that isn’t.

By submitting a review or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right to use, edit, publish and share it worldwide in any media, and to sublicense those rights, along with the name you submit with it. You confirm that you own or control the content, that it’s accurate and that it doesn’t harm anyone, and you agree to cover us for claims that arise from it. We may edit or remove it.

Our site and trademarks

The site’s content belongs to Yeelite Inc. or its licensors. Steam Magic™ and Mini Magic™ are trademarks of Yeelite Inc. Don’t copy our content for commercial use, or misuse or try to disrupt the site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our maximum liability to you for any product or order is the price you paid for it. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, loss of use, business interruption, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, whatever the legal basis, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Some of these limits may not apply where you live.

Nothing in these conditions limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived, including any statutory warranties.

If you live in Québec, nothing in these conditions excludes or limits our liability where Québec law does not allow it.

Governing law

These conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn’t take away any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

If you live in Québec, these conditions are instead governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and you may bring any dispute before the courts of Québec.
